If you love complex drinks and flavors, you don’t want to miss this in depth educational event highlighting the American oak barrel aging process. We’ll learn the basics on how barrel aging affects wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails!
Learn what’s really happening inside those oak barrels, why it’s important, and how you can use this knowledge to make world class cocktails at home.
Admission will include tastings of barreled and un-barreled beer, wine, and cocktails. You will also take home a detailed packet of information on the barrel aging process and a quick guide to setting up your own barrel aging program at home!
By the end of the class, we will all be batching a Boulevardier cocktail and putting it to rest in oak for 4 weeks.
Tickets are $39 and include a 6oz bottle of class made barrel aged cocktail to take home when it it comes out of the barrel in 4 weeks. Appetizers are also included.
Space will be limited to the first 25 registrants. RSVP by April 20.
